Prior to this role, Sara co-founded an event services/consulting firm and high-tech meeting facility company called The Venue in 2001. As President and co-Founder, Sara helped create the new, one-of-a kind venue in Saint Paul in Sara formed the business concept, secured start up investments and relationships to proceed with the build out. Sara was responsible for building the brand for The Venue and also managed the day-to-day business operations, staffing, marketing and sales activities.
